Application Process and Interview Experience: I had the opportunity to interview for the position of Graduate Environmental Consultant at Atkins Réalis in Hong Kong. The interview process included a 20-minute timed written assessment, where I was required to compose a lengthy essay. This was followed by a 30-minute session that primarily focused on my resume and technical skills related to environmental modeling. The interview was conducted by a technical manager， Environmental team manager, and was quite thorough in exploring the technical expertise and environmental model experience listed on my resume. Feedback: While the assessment and questions were well-structured to gauge technical capabilities, I found the post-interview communication to be lacking. Despite sending a follow-up email, I received no response from HR. This gave me the impression that the position might not be urgently needed but rather posted to meet internal KPIs. Overall Experience: Based on my experience, I was left with a less favorable impression due to the lack of communication after the interview. For those applying in the future, I would recommend being prepared for a detailed technical discussion and managing expectations regarding follow-up communications.

The interviewers are friendly. One senior one junoir. They asked some general questions first, and then gave me a question to answer. In the end, they asked what question I had for them.
