Interview
Typical entry level aviation interview questions. Making sure you understand the gravity of the position (being around expensive aircraft). Hold yourself in a professional environment. Mostly was exploring your previous experience around aircraft and what towing/line service you already have.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlantic Aviation (Santa Monica, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Interview was generally easy. Mostly asked about your experience and your schedule. There is also a discussion about the job itself and what it can entail. They ask you if you are comfortable working call-in's, weekends, overtime, etc.
Overall a good interview. However I would have to rate the interview as neutral because the hiring managers have completely ghosted me after the interview process. I understand if a candidate isn't selected for a role, but it's only professional to give notice to the candidate after the interview takes place.

I interviewed at Atlantic Aviation (Sun Valley, ID)
Interview
I found the position online and posted for it through Indeed, including both my resume and Cover Letter. After a few days of waiting, I heard back from Atlantic Aviation that the full-time position I was seeking was filled and they had no similar full-time positions available. I was disappointed they hadn't taken down the posting earlier, but at least they responded and were polite.
