Interview
Filled out an application, had a resume. Sat at a oval table with 10 other people, tell us about your self. Toured around facility, that was it. Most unprofessional. Never spoke to us individually. Can't imagine how they can choose a person with very little interaction. I had Then said will call in a few days.
Kind of a basic Interview with common questions interviewers like to ask. It was very comfortable. Lasted maybe 45-ish minutes, my interviewer had the generic interview questions for an entry level CSR position.

Interview
I received a phone interview, followed by in person interview. Hiring was very nice manager. She made me feel very comfortable during the interview. She asked more question about my personality and a couple of question on work experience.
Simple interview style. One single interview with GM and CSM. Basic back and forth questioning on past experiences, hobbies and what I knew about the company. Everyone seemed very friendly.
