I found it to be a challenging and interesting interview process; the people that I met were super cool and friendly; the discussions that we had were very relevant and engaging.
In some ways, this process was much different than other interviews that I've had; the emphasis placed on culture fit was refreshing ... after all, you end up spending a lot of time with your coworkers, best that you find out if you're going to get along with them ahead of time!
I'm sure this varies based on personality types, but for me, I appreciated the direct feedback that I received throughout the process, rather than spend time worrying about any ambiguities, I felt that I was engaged in a very open discussion where either party could say what they were really thinking.
Did I "enjoy" this interview? Yes I did, although it is always stressful to go through this sort of process, especially when you think you want the job. For what it's worth, it felt much less painful than others that I've completed. It can be a long process, but I did not find the repetition that you often find in long interviews where many of the participants seem to be asking the same questions.
