First interview was in person with the hiring manager. Mostly about my background and career goals and lasted half hour or so. The second interview, a week later, was to meet with the whole team and lasted about all day (9-3). First met with the marketing team, and showed me their product, which was really archaic in design and had several errors, which she acknowledged. Met with their development team, and it was really relaxed. Had lunch with the IT team. Toured the office, and met with their team of ~60 people. The week after, was told to come back to meet with the Chairman and the VP. Both interviews were pretty relaxed and was more of a conversation style. They value creativity and transparency.
