Atlassian Group Manager interview questions

Recruiter was 10 min late and then the interview went like this: 1) Recruiter: I won’t have time for your questions in this session. But you can send them to me via email afterwards. 2) Recruiter: Please tell me about yourself. 3) Me: Giving a concise intro. 4) Recruiter: How many YoE do you have managing people? 5) Me: telling them (even though I know it’s very clearly visible on my resume) 6) Recruiter: Sorry, we need way more experience than that. Are you interested in this role that we need to fill but that’s basically a step back for you? We ended the interview after this. Big waste of time and really disappointed. This did not need a recruiter screen and could have been handled differently.
