I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Atlassian (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Very well run process. Great communication from the recruiting team. Phone screens with the recruiter and hiring manager. Then two rounds of onsite interviews. Lots of good communication in between by their recruiter. I didn't get the offer but I feel that I was treated with respect. I continue to have a positive view of Atlassian and the people I met.

Question 1
Standard behavioral interviews (they tell you to expect this)
The process was straightforward, organized, and manageable. With thorough preparation, focused practice, and a clear understanding of the expectations, you can confidently approach it and greatly increase your chances of passing.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian in Nov 2024
Interview
This was hands down the most human interview process I've ever had. The recruiter kept me informed about next steps and prepared me along the way, providing me with specific feedback and ensuring I knew how to head into each interview. Each person I met with was well-prepared, smart, and kind; these ended up feeling like thoughtful conversations more than anything else.

Question 1
What value resonates with you?
How do you balance competing priorities?
How do you cultivate relationships with other teams?
it was 3 rounds with first the recruiter, then someone on the team, then the head of marketing. 2 behavioral and 1 technical, but not bad. everyone is really nice and genuine.
