They have tried to streamline the recruitment process how ever there are still few areas of improvement to address.
However, the logics in recruiting resource are unclear as we may observe the interview and the panellist are happy about the session but the result would be say different.

Interview
From the start they were extremely good in communication, making you feel comfortable and detailed exactly what they were expecting from you. However, they are extremely selective and an be very blunt when you don't move forward into the next round.
