First stage hackerrank
Second stage video peer programming
Third Stage Phone interview with recruiter
Fourth Stage - 3 meetings (company values, system design(no code), behavioral)
Overall great interaction with employees. Last stage is a little bit more pressure. I failed the last stage either system design or behavioral. It would be nice to let the applicant know if they failed behavioral so they don't apply again. A very long process and everyone was nice along the way. You can tell there are a lot of smart people there. For the problems be sure to clarify with employee then take charge and defend your position. Be sure to know system design or you will waste a lot of time in this interview process!!
