I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled a call - about an hour before the call, the recruiter needed to reschedule and asked for times. I provided ample availability for the next few days. Received no response then was asked for additional times, which also received no response. All set at this point! Seems like a cool company but this process needs some work.
