Interview
HR screen, job changed, then line manager intro, craft panel interviews, presentation panel and further values and craft interview. Took about 5 months from initial application to start date which was too long.

I applied online. I interviewed at Atlassian (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
Over 3 months for a 4 round interview process, interviewers didn’t know what they were doing. Had to reschedule with many different people. Took over a month to get feedback and move to next stage. Wouldn’t repeat the process, not worth it as most reviews claim the culture is toxic and dog eat dog.

Question 1
Provided a scenario which made no sense as they wanted a demo during a discovery call.. how can I demo a product if I don’t know what the clients issues and what they require. It was just a test of how many features I can show.
Ordinary HR screening with unenthusiastic recruiter. Hiring manager interview as second stage. Third round is a panel round where you have to do a mock demo. They ask you to come up with EVERYTHING yourself, the customer scenario, the solution, the demo environment, the slides just to reduce you to how you handle their questions or objections. There is absolutely no recognition for the work you put into the demo, the slides or anything. Red flag.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Sydney)
Interview
Seemed to be all okay during each stage however turned out to be a massive waste of time. Recruiters were great.
If you can avoid interviewing here I’d recommend it.
