Great - asked a lot of questions (which is expected in an interview of this sort) and I did my best to answer all the questions proposed by the person asking them
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Delhi Cantonment) in May 2024
Interview
It was smooth and soft. The questions were average but it took more time asi was told to elaborate more on my experiences and skills. In my opinion the questions were little difficult but answerable.

Boilerplate interview questions. A lot of what if scenario questions
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter, then a very basic assessment. Next was the interview with the hiring manager, all was going well. Then there was a panel interview. I guess this company interviews across teams. One of my interviewers was extremely abrasive with the questions. I do not think it is necessary to speak to candidates this way when the goal of an interview is to assess experience and fit. Maybe its their personality, maybe they were having a bad day, maybe more training is needed for this individual or maybe this is appropriate at this company.
