Oh, the experience was really something: - I was invited to an interview and recruiter asked me to add myself a slot in his calendar (he made his calendar available). He wrote me that he wants to make it in upcoming 2 weeks. Since was no slot in his calendar in upcoming 2 weeks I wrote him back and asked him if he will make a slot available or is OK if I will add our meeting some dats later. He did not reply at all so I added the interview 2 days after that 2 weeks. He accepted. This job requires constant customer interaction, business 2 business and, for this positions, you must dress appropriately. Therefore, same, in a interview, as a candidate, you should present your self at same level as you will be meeting a customer. So, it was a Teams meeting, but I had a business shirt. The interview started and “recruiting Team LEADER” appeared, with small eyes, as if he had just woken up and with training blouse. He said a distant “Hello” then announced me they hired already somebody for this positions so, therefore, they don’t look for a candidate. And then, without making the slightest gesture of embarrassment, without being aware of the ridiculousness of the situation, he stopped talking and started looking at another screen. At first I thought it was a test, then I realized it wasn't; So I tried to end the discussion polite, being ashamed of the shame he didn't feel.
