Applied online, spoke with a recruiter, then had a coding screen with a third party company - Karat, using their platform. Pros: 24/7 scheduling, very fast turnaround. Had the opportunity to redo the interview if I thought I could do better. Cons: kind of flaky platform, the sound kept cutting out and the IDE, while similar to CoderPad, lacked syntax highlighting and auto imports.
