But HR doesn't seem professional, even has a typo in her email, and arranged a half-hour phone call a whole week later. When HR called me, she didn't explain any background of expectations about the role, she just asked me why I wanted to change my job and my salary expectations, and then hung up the phone. The call is in 10 minutes, even the schedule was 30 minutes. During the phone call, HR didn't seem interested in asking me any questions or giving me an introduction. The best part is after the phone call, I searched HR on LinkedIn, and her status is "open to work" on LinkedIn.
