Had to be a subject matter expert to answer Healthcare & Life Science questions, the process was good because it directly targeted your knowledge within the sector - there is also the on-boarding tests and these form part of the 6 month probation review - once you pass these, then after 6 months you are onboarded full time with all the benefits of the contract.
