I attended the interview for Senior Software Developer position at ATOS Bangalore, it was scheduled at 11 AM, they kept us waiting for almost 2 hours. I was surprised to know that it was not F2F round, they called to the interviewer from a normal cell phone and gave. Interviewer's voice was not at all audible, one of the points which he mentioned is that the candidate should have good communication skills. After my interview, they told to wait, they're updating to the candidates who are not selected within 10 minutes that they can leave for the day. After one hour, they told to go and have lunch as it will take 1 more hour for the second round to start. One candidate told they have informed him that he was selected for next round (BTW he is not at all good in communication). For clarification, I asked the recruiter about my status and then they informed, sorry you can leave for the day. I was really shocked. It was very much clear that the other person has a reference. Atos, please kindly note that at times candidates will reschedule or cancel their other company interviews, please don't waste their time when you have already pre-selected for the vacancy.
