This interview process was very professional. The hiring team consisted of a two-person panel. They made me feel welcome as they went over my resume and explained the day-to-day job duties. They then asked me how I would handle specific situations in the past, allowing me to take my time to assess my problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and alignment with the company's values. As the interview ended they assured me that they would let me know either way.
