Atos Lead Java Developer interview questions

2 Technical Rounds 1 HR round Cleared both of them, there was salary negotiation in the HR round and we both agreed to what fit in the budget. Then started the wait period for offer letter which was conveyed to be 1 week. After 2 weeks of chasing got the reply that budget is not getting approved, so if I am ready to degrade my salary by 90% they can consider. Worst experience I have ever had. And pathetic practices at big orgs as there is no clarity on what is the actual requirement, budget, joining priority.
