They ask you to speak on any subject in english.
2. Essay writing
Give any subject and ask to write 150 words to check writing skill
3. HR round
Ask about your background,why you want to join Syntel,accounting/finance related question etc.
4. Opps. Round
Ask About capital market equity,bonds,derivatives,mutual funds&accounting. Ask for excell knowledge too.
