Actually I joined the Company through Campus Interview. The interview comprises of three phases , Aptitude, Technical Interview & HR Interview. But for me it was like both the interviews are more like HR interviews, didn't get any technical questions.
Technical, Managerial, HR round after CV shortlisted. Standard KPO type structure and focus on skills suitable for the role on offer. To the point and clear answers to the questions and intention to learn new things.
I attended for campus placement it is of 4 level and completed in one day of we clear first round then 90 percent job is yours, then followed by technical discussion and hr all went well, but process takes upto 9pm night
