Interview process conducted of 3 rounds, the time to roll out the offer letter was too long. Also the company does not respects your notice period and wants you to join ASAP. They should respect the same and allow the candidate to serve the full notice period.

It was a two face to face interviews. One with the Delivery head and other with HR. Background verification did not take long. Entire process was completed within 10 days. Since it was for a pilot project, they were expecting some standards to be brought into the team to achieve SLA
