We had our aptitude test online at the month of November. Those who got through the aptitude test are called to attend the further rounds in the Syntel Global Development Center, Chennai. On that day(18th December 2011), first we had orientation session by the VP and few HR personnel and then the Group discussion. The GD was fair and too interesting as the topic 'Anna Hazare and his movements' were trending at that time. Then the opted students were called for technical interview followed by the HR interview.
