The hiring process consisted of 5 rounds The first round is speech round. here u have to speak for 30-40 seconds on any topic. they want to check ur fluency in english . here no one was eliminated Next round was essay round . more emphasis was on grammar. here again no one was eliminated. Third round was apti,numerical, analytic round. it consisted of 4 sections. first section we were made to hear 2 passages and answer accordingly. each section had predefined separate time. the second section was based on English , direct indirect speech. verb, preposition etc . then next section was analytic section . here general aptitude questions were asked. last section was numerical section. it was hard section. calculators were not allowed. calculations were lengthy. questions were based on speed maths.
