First round of syntel hiring process was aptitude test. For this registeration was done through monster college website. Aptitude test was held online. 90 Questions to be solved in 60 minutes. Questions were bit time consuming. I cleared the aptitude test. Then I got mail regarding this and got invitation for next Group discusison/Interview which was to be held in chennai. Because of some famliy reasons I Coudnt go there. I gave test from mumbai. Within 1 week syntel again sent me invitation for the same rounds(gd/interview) in mumbai Airoli. Then i went there. Reporting time was 9 A.M. They started registering and giving IDs to cadidates who came there at sharp 9 A.M. After that got over they give overview about company through oreintation. Which continued till 11:30.
Then actual process of recruitment was started. There was GD with 10 members and 2 panel member to watch GD. Then HR/technical round was conducted.
Very nice company for freshers to start with. Enchanting atmosphere.Very good management of all rounds and everything

GD was for general topics for 20 mins. Had to conclude GD.Was unexpected about C and java Questions. Because Syntel people ask Questions in technical round only on technologies u mentioned in form given by panel after clearing GD.
