The placement was through an off campus drive for freshers. There were 4 rounds of total. The written test was an all india based test through an online exam portal. 50 questions-45 minutes. It consists of tests from analytic, reasoning & quantitative ability, all mixed up. Once this was done next was the GD(Group Discussion). Next was the Technical Interview & HR. The offer was sent later on and the joining process took more than a year to finish. This was the worst part about Syntel. The waiting for the joining. Later on i came to know this is a common occurrence for freshers at Syntel.
