Question 1
I have not passed the test which was held before an interview.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Atos-Syntel (Kolhāpur, Maharashtra) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process was easy. I felt like it was as an external exam. The online aptitude exam had 90 questions to be solved in 60 minutes. The next round was technical Hackathon plus interview which was very easy round. But the last hr round involved 3 interview panel. Unfortunately I faced a lady , who asked me very stange things and rejected me. while the candidates appeared to other panel was asked by very few and simple questions. So here comes a luck. I suggest a company if you are carrying out mass recruitment then provide all the HR with same questions list. The future of students is depend on their mood. I really feel bad because The students better than selected students got rejected due to her mood. I would like to mention her name but I don't remember now. Anyways I don't feel bad because I rejected ,the reason is the company environment is not so well they even can't speak english and their technical knowledge was not also like a industrial.
I just want to suggest the interview process must be carried out properly. It should not be depend on interviewers mood.
Thank you
