Interview
I received email for F2F at Syntel Pune. I attented it, however the interviewer after asking some basic questions about my technical exposure and seeing my resume said that it is profile mismatch and we cannot consider you because you do not have much exposure in technologies that we are looking for. The interview was just for 5 mins. This should have been done by screening the resume and not calling me to their premise and wasting my valuable time.
