The phone interview process consisted of an initial phone screen by the recruiter and then a technical interview with someone on-site at their client. The technical interview lasted for about 30 minutes and consisted of very basic EDI questions. The indivduals spoken with were very friendly and the whole process seemed to take about 2 days.
Unfortunately, after being told I got the position, all communication ceased. All of my attempts to follow-up went unanswered and was quite disappointing. I think that Syntel would be a great company to work for, but they should improve communication with their candidates whether it is good or bad.
