Interview
The interview was very simple as they needed a lot of recruits for the position in 2009. When the requirement is less they will ask a lot of tough questions.Sometimes the HR instructs the technical interviewers to select even on normal or partially correct answers.Technical round was simple. There were 2 technical rounds first one was tough and the second one was simpler and realised later more form a manager round and the last one was HR round in which we mostly discussed take home salary.

As I joined as a fresher, there were 2 rounds viz aptitude test & Personal Interview.
Aptitude test was challenging. however if one prepares well, it should be straight forward to crack it.

It was a personal interview & all the Qs were around acads, future aspiration, area of interest & technology related.
Interviewer was friendly... It went on smoothly and it boosted my confidence level. only one interviewer. Both hr and technical together. Less technical questions. Hr round was more. Overall good experience.

Interview
there are mostly four rounds. Aptitude test, GD, Technical interview, HR interview.
First the aptitude test happens, then that results comes. Once done with that, you are called to the global development center for the further rounds. GD is the first round there in which mostly the screening happens. Then you proceed to technical round which is basically on java C C++ SQL. I was asked to write a java code and a C++ code. After you clear that, final is HR round which is easy and if you reach that you are mostly cleared and passed the interview.
