I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Atos-Syntel (Airoli) in Nov 2015
Interview
I went for a walk in interview in Airoli office in Navi Mumbai. The interview was scheduled for 10:30AM in the morning however due to much great management between the HR and the technical guys the process started around 12:30. There was a total of 5 rounds..First they will ask you to enter the personal details, in the first round they will ask you to speak on any topic. Most of the people introduced themselves, after this round they will ask to write an essay (the topic was advantages of Investments). In both this round they will check your depth in english language.
Then once this rounds are one they will conduct an aptitude round which is hilarious. There will be 3 sections in the aptitude round. First section contained english questions which was too easy for example:
1. i feel good, _______it rains
a) when b) what c)do d)never
2. i bought___new car
a) are b)a c)is d)these
plus this section contains comprehensions which are damm easy..like class 9-10 types.
Second section contains maths and LR which is quite easy like the product of the numbers in a telephone dial, odd man out serious.
Third section contains Data interpretation which is easier than MAT (although they dont provide a colour question paper, its difficult to identify the graphs and the bars).
After the aptitude round got over, we waited for 2 hours till 5:30pm. Then the hr came and started announcing the name who are eligible for hr interview.
In the HR round, they ask all general questions, tell me about yourself etc and few stipulated questions like what is Mutual funds?, what is derivatives? what is the 3 golden rules of accounting?.
After that there will be a technical round where they will ask you about the same questions and they will check your english speaking skills.
After my HR round they said that the compensation is Rs.11000 per month. I was like WT*. Been a MBA its shame to work in that low package. They said we offer 11k to freshers and 14k to experienced and then i said you keep your offer i will find my way out of syntel premises.
Guys they generally recruit for night shifts and those are not willing to work in the night shift they wont be entertained. They said that the working hour will be around 10 hours a day. So after working for 300 hours a month i get 11,000 that is Rs.35 an hour. Its damm damm low.
If you are going then its day long process

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Atos-Syntel (Airoli) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process was worst. They took interview in four rounds. Before interview they collected our phones at the reception desk and we weren't allowed phones even during lunch break. First round was done by HR asking simple questions way way simple and if we cleared this round we were given a paper to write email to manager on one of the three topics given... After email writing round there was again an HR round which started 2 hours after lunch break then after that there was manager round it was last which started after 2 hours of 3rd round and the manager had no sense of talking I was asked what is an interview so i explained in a very decent way it is where we proof ourselves how much capable we are for the position... But the manager told me "It is where you sell yourself" and this is the most cheap language i have ever heard and that too from the manager of the company... I really hated the company culture, system, the manager who took interview specially i did not liked his language he had no right to tell me that interview is selling oneself. Being a girl i did not liked it at all and hence i am dropping the review here. They even asked same questions in all rounds in the interview, they do not respect others time interview was started at 12 and ended at 10 which could have been done around 4 or 5pm but due to lack of management and system they wasted time of candidates. Had such a horrible experience would never want to step in the company again.
