I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atos-Syntel in Sep 2015
Interview
Applied online, received a phone call the next day. They told me that they were planning on hiring people ASAP and that you had to be immediately available for hire. The first phone call is over the phone and the second call is via Skype. Each phone call is approximately an hour long. The HR department is very unorganized. I received a phone call the day after I applied and then didn't hear back from them until 2 weeks later to schedule an interview. I then had an interview with them then I didn't hear back from them until 3 weeks later where they said they wanted to have the first initial interview which I had already done.
