After applying for an entry level business analyst position, the first form of communication was conducted via email. A recruiter received my application and actually asked me to fill out an application for a software developer position at $50,000 salary. I immediately stated my interest, and after 2 months and a few calls, I reported to my new workplace wearing business casual (no tie neccessary). There was no test, of ANY kind. And we are going to be flown to another site to get evendors more training than Syntel would have given us by then.
Interview was good. They try to get clients data from competitive companies. I got selected but due to some reason they put the position on hold and never came back
