2nd round is just test of your speaking skills.
3rd will test your grasp on the technical abilities, though not in much deeper level.
Will ask you about your final year project, OOPS Concepts, DB queries( DML/DDL/DCL) and a few questions of Software Engineering.
4th Round- HR will test your flexibility and adaptive Quality- Just sit and talk without thinking much. Show confidence and Bingo you are into Syntel !!
