The interview process at AtriCure was quick, very efficient and well-organized. It began with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and two senior engineers on the team, after which I was called for a very well organized in-person onsite panel interview with the team members and the leadership team and finally a final virtual interview with a VP . The entire team is vastly experienced, passionate about their work and they took a genuine interest in learning about my background, my experience and skill set and how it aligns with the requirements of the role and culture fit. The interview questions were a mix of technical and behavioral questions, providing a thorough assessment. The team at AtriCure treated me like one of their very own employees right from the very first phone interview and that was something that really stood out! During the on-site interview, the hiring manager and the senior engineers, spoke elaborately about the role, the company, it culture and also gave me a tour of their entire campus. I would rate it as one of the best interviews conducted and credit goes to the entire hiring team at AtriCure! Overall, it was a very positive and a very streamlined experience.
