It was a half fast phone interview with Jillian. She basically did her elevator pitch in one large breath, then asked me a few questions about myself. She seemed not truly interested in my background nor my candidate experience. I can speculate that my hourly rate was too high and she felt like she had to go through the motions. After our meeting ended, I knew I dodged a bullet.
