HR called to explain the company and the team and scheduled a call with Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager was very technical and had a great conversation. After couple of days another call was scheduled to understand my kubernetes skills. Two folks called, one seems to be nice and he told he doesn't know much about kubernetes, but he has command over the second person on the call. I could clearly tell that they don't have any experience about kubernetes and they told that they are struggling to keep up with upgrades. They never heard of kubernetes operators etc. I explained about the infrastructure I worked on and the best practices we followed. Anyways, it was a great conversation. I thought I would get to next round, but was very disappointed to see rejected from HR. I still can't wrap my head around to understand why they would reject me.
