The interview process was great and went very fast. If they’re impressed with your candidacy, they will move you onto the next phase in no time. I went through three interviews and was offered the position in less than a month. The interviews felt more laidback than most companies, which I liked - they spend most of the interview letting you know more about the position and the company culture. Although they did ask some work experience related questions, most of the questions they did ask seemed more character-focused. You can tell they like to get to know you as a person and learn more about each candidate’s personality.
