One of their recruiters contacted me on LinkedIn, so I set up a time to chat. The recruiter spent the entire time talking about the company, left me about 3 minutes to talk about myself and my experience, then said she had a hard stop but would call me later that day or the next day. I never heard from them again, even after e-mailing to see if I could schedule another meeting to get the chance to actually talk about my background. Probably the most bizarre experience I've ever had with a phone screen interview. Kind of a waste of everyone's time.
