I applied and was asked for a phone interview within a couple of weeks of applying. It felt like it was going really well, but there was no follow up whatsoever despite my follow ups. I was basically ghosted. This was my second time getting an interview from the company. The first time, I was asked for an interview, but for some reason the interviewer could not complete it and nobody ever rescheduled. I chalked it up to the pandemic just starting, so I didn't hold them accountable for that.
