The hiring manager that interviewed me was very authoritarian. He did not like the answers that I gave and changed direction quite frequently. It was almost as if he was reading off of a script and he did not want to veer from his direction . There was a product manager listening in but she did not add any questions to the interview. It was just about the most bizzarre and worst phone interview I've ever experienced . The hiring manager has absolutely no soft skills and I would not want to work for him. Maybe he was threatened by the fact that I have more experience... Who knows. I'm sorry I wasted my time with this middle manager jerk.
