Interview
The interview process did not explain fully the demands of the job, which was a very stressful, abusive position. I was also not told about the many times I would be asked to work over at he last minute.

The questions were standard, they were just not in depth, did not explain the demands of the job. I should have looked at the haggard faces of the employees that worked there.
