Poorly organized and interviewed by low level staff, not the department manager as I was told I would see. I met with two people, one of which read questions verbatim from a script, and the other person barely added anything else. I felt like I provided very good answers, answers that have impressed other departments, and in this instance my words simply fell flat. I didn't get a good vibe from them at the start, and felt like they were sizing me up instead of asking me probing questions to ascertain my skill set. Plus, neither one gave a good hand shake, or held my gaze when I looked at them in the eyes.
