Interview
I was basically already hired before they interviewed me. They asked a few ice breaker questions and then asked why I wanted to work on that floor. I was interviewed by the Nurse Manager and the Assistant Nurse Manager.

They had me pick a number between 1 and 50 and then looked at their list of questions and asked that number. I believe mine was about a hero in your life.
