The Interview process was inconsiderate to say the least. They don't care of their candidates is living in the west coast and they are in the east coast. The interview was at 7:30 am and the manager interviewing was late for his own interview. Doesn't say much for the management team. Then I had another week to do the role play. I did the role play and the lady who I did the role play with was as boring as you can get them, a bit short and rude after the role play not during the role play. She seemed very fake and didn't really offer much to say. Then I sent multiple emails thanking them with the whole interview process, thanking them for his time. Another couple follow-up email. None of them email back. I thought that was rude. the role play was at 6:30am the least they could do is email a candidate back saying by the way we are still in the process of deliberation will get back to you. If they are treating their employee's this way how are they expecting to keep business in the books? What a joke!!!!
