Aurea Software interview questions

First there is a basic fit quiz. followed by a type of IQ test, followed by two very time consuming (3-5 hour long) projects, which evidence strongly suggests is actually just a way for Aurea to get work done for them for free. This is based on the fact that they access the work *after* you've been rejected, for reasons that clearly indicate they're issuing the rejection before reviewing the work.
