First you submit cover letter and resume, then you do assessment centre and then interview. It was all quite standard with nothing very surprising. They emphasise group work and are not looking for people who will dominate in a group situation.

Assessment Centre - Put into random teams of 5/6 and worked through a given design project that revolved around innovation and teamwork. Then an interview with two Aurecon employees with standard interview questions.
