Austin Centers for Exceptional Students interview questions

I was interviewed via Skype by a person hundred of miles away who I doubt I will ever meet in person which was a little strange. They ask quite a few situational scenarios, "what would you do if..." Interview was a little formulaic, pretty easy. I was offered position at end of interview. Training was said to be a week long then they sent me a 3 week schedule. I wasn't prepared or able to work that in my schedule (and would not agreed to that training time if they were upfront about it in the first place. Rescheduled for a training session a month later which gives me an impression there is a high turnover rate. The training covered a lot of information quickly. Probably too quickly. and once again the hours they stated for training were not consistent to what was stated. I'm skeptical but continuing with the process for now...
