Interview
The interview processes consisted of one interview with the entire team of grade level teachers and administration from the school. They were a series of questions that were asked about my teaching background, teaching philosophy, and behavioral questions.
Great and very easy going. Loved that they understood a lot of my past experience and worked with me through answering some difficult questions. They would break down questions when I did not understand them.
Online interview with ten canned questions, asked by team members and administrator. Very apparent everyone is reading off a screen, and seemed rather unengaged. Questions were similar to nearby school districts.

The interview process was organized and effective. The interviewer was professional and prepared. The atmosphere was kind and comfortable. It was not overly long and redundant. I walked away feeling satisfied.
