Easy and over zoom. Two people interviewed me. No tattoo policy. The interviewers seemed young. Be aware that you might have to change diapers with this job, and some clients may get violent with you. You have to drive to all of your clients’ houses. The training process was pretty sloppy. They give you a bunch of different emails and apps to set up for the job and there are a lot of technical difficulties that Apptn with those.

One strange question they asked was what I would do with a child if we only had one Barbie accessory to play with. Kind of a weird question but I think they were looking to see if you could be creative in thinking up ways to help the child learn with random items.
